Saturday mornings from 10.30am for 1 hour. Come and take a seat in the cook school and watch how easy it is to cook great food at home. Afterwards sample what has been demonstrated and collect the recipes.
*Priority seating now available. Book via phone (03 377 6994), on line or in person prior to the class. $10 per seat per class. Limited to 32 per class so seats are filled on a first book first seated basis. Further room is available to stand or lean.

This month is our dinner party series - book for individual classes or come for the whole month to build a fantastic repertoire of classic and new dishes that can be prepared in advance leaving you plenty of time to be with your guests

Free In store Tasting -Dunsinane's Black Garlic
Proudly locally grown and made, black garlic has mystified people for centuries. A completely different taste to even roast garlic. Jenny will be in store to taste and give you ideas on how to use this extremely flavoursome ingredient.

The lasting memory of the dinner and the grand finale. A chance to indulge a little or celebrate the seasonal produce, the dessert course can often be made up of many different components on the plate so balance is the key.

For those who like a longer dinner the cheese course can lead you into the wee small hours. This class will cover prepared and cooked cheese dishes as well as putting together cheese boards and pairings.
